GetFame.Online is operated by Miracuves Solutions Private Limited, Mumbai, India (“Miracuves”). This page sets out how we use third-party brand names, who builds the products sold here and where your own responsibilities begin.

No affiliation

GetFame and Miracuves are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the companies whose product names appear on this site. That includes every brand named in a page title, a menu or a product description.

Why we use the word “clone”

A phrase such as “OnlyFans clone” or “TikTok clone” is industry terminology. Founders use it when they search for software with a comparable business model, and we use it so that they can find us. It describes a category of software. It does not describe a copy of the named company’s product, and it is not a claim of any connection with that company.

Original work

Every product on this site is original work designed and written by Miracuves. Our products contain no code, design, graphics or content taken from the websites or applications of the brands named here. Each platform ships white-label, under the buyer’s own name and branding.

Trademarks

All product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. We name them for reference only, to describe a category of software. We do not display their logos.

If you are a rights holder and have a concern about anything on this site, write to legal@miracuves.com and we will review it.

Operators are responsible for compliance

When you launch a platform built on our software, you are its operator. You are responsible for legal compliance in every market you serve.

• This includes the rules on content, age restrictions, payments, taxes, consumer protection and data protection that apply to your platform.
• For platforms that carry adult content, it includes the age-verification, record-keeping and content rules of each market. We supply age-verification and moderation tooling. Using it correctly, and deciding what your platform allows, is up to you.
• Payment gateways, app stores and hosting providers have their own policies. Approval by them is their decision and is not something we can guarantee.
