A Fanvue clone is a ready-made creator monetization platform with AI engagement tools alongside the usual subscription features. Fans subscribe to creators, unlock paid content, tip and message, and can also chat with AI personas. The name is used as a search term only. This product is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fanvue.
The AI layer covers AI personas and chat sessions, multiple AI provider options and per-user AI preferences with retained session records. The same stack that powers subscriptions, wallet and live also carries AI credits, so a fan buys access through the account they already have. You choose the provider for your deployment.
It ships white-label and complete: unified Android and iOS apps, a web app and PWA, a Laravel API with Sanctum, an admin panel and full source code. Features can be switched on, off or extended, so you can lead with AI or keep it as one module among many. Because modules are configurable, AI can be a headline feature or simply one setting among many.
Fanvue is a creator subscription service that gets mentioned for how openly it treats artificial intelligence. Alongside the familiar subscriptions, locked posts, messages and tips, it is associated with tools that help creators handle conversation at volume, and with room for AI-assisted creators. Readers who ask for a Fanvue clone usually want that combination: an ordinary creator business with an AI layer that is a feature, not an afterthought.
A Fanvue clone in this sense is a finished creator platform where AI personas and AI chat sessions sit beside the standard monetization tools, delivered as code you host. It is not affiliated with the original service and brings none of its users. What it gives you is the plumbing: persona management, a choice of AI providers, per-user preferences, credits and the moderation hooks. The commercial judgment about where AI helps and where it harms trust remains yours.
Each role works in its own side of the same product. The screens come from the working demo.
The AI layer is a module, not a gimmick bolted to chat. Operators create personas, choose providers and set limits, while fans and creators meet those personas in conversation. It all runs on cost you can see and price against.

A creator using this platform has two kinds of audience time: the hours they type and the hours automation covers. The tools are arranged so that routine conversation can be delegated while paid moments stay personal.

The fan sees familiar creator-platform behavior with an extra option. They can follow, subscribe and pay as usual, and they can also start a conversation with a persona when the creator is not available.

The console is where AI becomes a business decision. Operators set commission, feature flags and provider credentials, and compare AI spend with AI revenue next to everything else the platform earns.
13 screens from the working demo, grouped by where they live. Your platform ships rebranded with your name, logo and colors.
The demo is the shared creator platform as delivered, still wearing vendor demo branding, so you can see the creator tools, wallet and admin controls that AI features plug into. Use the sample accounts to follow a conversation from the fan side, then check how a creator and an operator manage the same activity before your own branding goes on.

Every earning route built into the product you receive: how it works, who pays and where the operator earns.
| Revenue model | How it works | Who pays | How you earn |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI persona credits | Fans buy bundles of credits that pay for conversations with AI personas. | Fan | Credit bundles priced to cover provider spend plus margin |
| Platform commission | A configurable share of creator earnings across subscriptions, unlocks, tips, messages, live, calls and shop orders. | Creator, through the split | Your main income, set per creator and revenue type |
| Subscriptions | Recurring access to a creator, priced and billed by the creator chosen period. | Fan | Commission on each renewal |
| Pay-per-view unlocks | One-off purchase of a post, file, reel or message. | Fan | Commission on each unlock |
| Paid messaging | Priced media in conversation, sent individually or to saved lists. | Fan | Commission on message revenue, which scales with automation |
| Tips and gifts | Wallet-funded support, including during live sessions. | Fan | Commission, often at a lower rate |
| Live, calls and shoutouts | Entry-fee streams, private sessions, calls and custom requests. | Fan | Commission on bookings, net of streaming charges |
| Shop and promotions | Orders, coupons, boosts and platform advertising. | Fan, creator or advertiser | Commission on orders and flat placement fees |
The flow of money, the gateways you can connect and how payouts are handled.
Fan payments follow the standard creator-platform route: gateway or wallet, then a transaction record, then commission and a creator balance. AI adds a second kind of purchase, credits, which are bought once and consumed gradually. That makes the wallet important, since credits are cheaper to sell when a fan can top up in a tap. Provider approval, regional availability and your content category determine which gateways you can use.
| Gateway | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Card | |
| Stripe | Card payments for subscriptions, unlocks, wallet funding and credits. |
| Wallet | |
| PayPal | Wallet checkout for fans who avoid card entry. |
| Adult-friendly | |
| CCBill | Integration path for categories mainstream processors may refuse. |
| Regional | |
| Paystack | Regional processor for supported markets. |
| Flutterwave | Regional processor with local payment methods. |
| MercadoPago | Regional processor for Latin America. |
| Crypto | |
| Crypto gateways | Crypto integration paths that depend on your provider. |
| Other | |
| Wallet | Funded balance that pays for credits and every other purchase. |
You operate the platform, so legal compliance in each market you serve is yours. This is the tooling that ships in the product. It is not legal advice.
Fans should know when they are talking to a persona. Whether and how you disclose is a policy decision before it is a technical one, and rules differ by market. Put clear labeling in the persona profile, in the chat screen and in your terms. The platform lets you create and manage personas, and the editorial and legal choices about how they behave remain yours.
Persona chats are content, and they can go wrong in ways human chats do not. Retained session history gives reviewers something to examine when a report arrives. Reports and takedown workflows apply as they do elsewhere. We tailor rules for AI behavior and automated pre-screening to you, so write your own policy on what personas may discuss.
When conversations pass to an AI provider, that provider processes your users text. Review each provider terms on retention, training use and location, and reflect them in your privacy notice. You choose the provider and hold the keys, which means you also hold the responsibility for the arrangement.
Age-gated flows and creator verification are built in, with checks by country and a provider pattern based on Yoti and Didit. Advanced KYC and AML integration is available, and we set it up for your build. AI personas should be inside the same age and territory controls as other content, so test that your gating covers them.
Processors review what you sell. Credits for AI chat are a newer product type, and some providers will ask about it. Describe it plainly, keep records of terms and refunds, and begin processor conversations before development. Approval stays with the provider and can be revisited.
Sanctum tokens, HTTPS and TLS, rate limits, upload limits, OTP attempt controls and two-factor authentication protect accounts. Account deletion, privacy settings and retention configuration support privacy-aware operation, including how long chat history is kept. No certification is claimed, so test your own deployment.
If your platform carries adult content, you are responsible for legal compliance in your market. We supply age-verification and moderation tooling, not legal advice.
The layers of the product as delivered. You receive the full source code for every one of them.
| Layer | Built with | Hosting note |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile and web | Unified Android and iOS apps, Blade and Livewire web app, PWA | |
| Backend | Laravel 12, PHP 8.2+, Sanctum APIs | Laravel 12 on PHP 8.2+, serving every client through Sanctum APIs. |
| Database | MySQL or MariaDB | MySQL or MariaDB holding sessions, preferences, wallets, transactions and content records. |
| AI | Multiple AI provider integrations | Connectors to multiple AI providers with credentials stored in admin settings. |
| Live and calls | Provider integrations such as Agora or Zego | Streaming vendors such as Agora or Zego, billed directly to you. |
| Infrastructure | AWS, GCP or DigitalOcean, with Redis and queues | AWS, GCP or DigitalOcean, with backups and a staging-to-production path. |
| Queues and cache | Redis with queue workers for background jobs, notifications and media. | |
| Media storage | S3-compatible storage behind a CDN-ready delivery layer. | |
| Real time | WebSockets for messaging and live chat. | |
AI chat adds an outbound dependency: every persona message becomes a call to a provider and a cost on your invoice. The platform itself runs on your own cloud, with queues absorbing background work. We set the environment up with you in launch week.
Founders often ask why they should choose one model over the other. The two share most of their mechanics, and the difference lies in how much AI the business takes on. This table describes the usual contrasts as design choices, not as a ranking of either service.
| Dimension | Human-led model | AI-assisted model |
|---|---|---|
| AI policy | AI is minimal or absent; the creator is the product. | AI is a stated feature, with disclosure rules the operator writes. |
| Fees | Commission on subscriptions, unlocks and tips. | The same commission plus credit sales for AI usage. |
| Payouts | Creator earnings from human interaction only. | Earnings also include shares of persona usage, which you must define. |
| Discovery | Creators attract fans by their own promotion. | Personas can be browsed in a gallery, giving fans another way in. |
| Cost of serving a fan | Mostly media storage and delivery. | Adds a per-message provider cost that grows with usage. |
| Creator type | Individuals who can personally engage fans. | Creators with more fans than time, plus character and brand personas. |
The software can run a persona; it cannot decide whether you should allow one or how to present it. These are the policy questions to settle before the first persona goes live, because answers written after a complaint are rarely good ones.
An ordinary creator platform earns on each transaction and spends mostly on storage and delivery. An AI feature changes that: every message a fan sends costs you something at the provider, whether or not the fan pays you for it. A subscription that includes unlimited persona chat can therefore lose money on exactly the fans who use it most. That is why credits and caps exist, and why they belong in the design from the start.
Treat the provider bill as a cost of goods. Price credits above the cost of serving them, use token limits to cap what a single reply can consume, and watch the ratio of AI spend to AI revenue in your reports. If the ratio drifts the wrong way, change the price or the limits before you change the marketing. We supply the controls; you supply the pricing judgment, because your provider, volume and audience set the numbers.

AI changes the cost shape of a creator platform. Most features cost you nothing per use once built, while AI conversations cost something every time. That makes pricing discipline more important than feature count. Building from scratch means integrating providers, session storage, preferences and billing yourself. A hosted service sets its own AI rules and takes a share. A ready-made platform with source code gives you the modules, leaves provider choice to you and lets you tune credit prices against real invoices.
| Factor | Build from scratch | Rent a SaaS | Own it with GetFame |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI integration work | Designed and tested by you | Vendor decides providers | Modules included, providers chosen by you |
| Cost per AI message | Yours to meter and bill | Hidden in vendor pricing | Visible on your own provider invoice |
| Time to launch | Long, several systems at once | Quick on vendor terms | 6 working days to a live platform |
| Provider switching | Possible with rework | Not available | Multiple providers supported |
| Factor | Build from scratch | Rent a SaaS | Own it with GetFame |
|---|---|---|---|
| Credit pricing control | Full | Limited | Full, set by you |
| Platform fees | None | Monthly fee and a share | None from us, no revenue share |
| Custom AI features | Part of the roadmap | Rarely possible | We tailor it, usually 2 to 8 weeks |
Running costs. The purchase price excludes AI provider usage, which is billed to you per message or token, plus voice processing, hosting, storage, live and call provider usage, gateway fees, SMS and OTP delivery, verification providers, moderators, store accounts and legal documents. Model AI cost per active user before setting credit prices, because heavy chatters are your most expensive users.
Adding AI to a creator platform looks like a weekend of API calls until you meet the surrounding problems: cost control, safety, disclosure and billing. Here is what each part involves if you build it, set against what a ready-made foundation already carries. Effort is given in words because it varies with team and provider.

The founders and teams this product fits most directly, one line each. The launch ideas that follow turn these audiences into a first-week plan.
Lead with personas and automation while keeping the subscription base.
Use personas and scheduled outreach to cover volume.
Delegated manager access plus AI tools to extend a team.
A branded platform for one genre, with AI as a module you can switch on.
Local gateways and territory rules around a single market.
AI earns its place when a human cannot answer every message and fans value an instant reply. It does harm when it pretends to be something it is not. These ideas keep the AI useful and honest, with the first setting to configure for each.
A creator with a large audience cannot reply to everyone. An AI persona answers the routine messages, and the creator steps in for the ones that matter. Fans pay credits for the quick replies. Start with a clear label that the persona is automated, and set token limits and credit prices so a single fan cannot run up costs.
Learners chat with a persona that corrects them and holds a conversation at their level, while a human tutor sells lessons and live sessions on top. Fans pay credits for practice and subscriptions for the tutor. Configure voice settings first, then session history so learners can review mistakes.
Writers and illustrators turn their invented characters into personas fans can talk to, and sell the stories behind them. Fans pay for access to the character and for locked chapters. Write the persona rules carefully, keep them consistent with the fiction, and use moderation to review conversations that drift.
A coach offers a persona that checks in daily between paid human sessions, nudging routines and answering simple questions. Fans pay a subscription for the coach and credits for the check-ins. Set scheduled outreach for reminders and keep the persona away from medical or legal advice.
An agency gives its creators AI-assisted replies so staff can handle more conversations with the same team. The agency earns on commission and on the efficiency. Configure manager access and reply suggestions first, and let creators approve what is sent in their name.
A community around one hobby adds a persona that answers questions about the topic, while members pay for human experts in live sessions. The persona keeps new members engaged. Limit its scope to the subject, review its answers regularly and keep experts visible as the premium option.
You can reach a platform with AI personas by joining an existing service, assembling tools yourself or owning a finished product. Each route is reasonable for someone. The differences are in who controls the rules, who carries the AI bill and how much you must build before the first creator signs up.
Existing marketplace
Creators who want AI-assisted tools without running a platform themselves.
Its policies, fees and AI rules apply to you, and the audience belongs to the service.
Existing marketplace
Creators who rely on human interaction and bring their own audience.
Built around the creator personally; AI-led offerings are not its focus.
General AI tools
Teams wanting a fast conversational prototype with no payments or creator tooling.
You still need subscriptions, wallet, moderation and apps around the chat.
Rented platform
Founders who want to test the idea with minimal setup.
Recurring fees, and AI scope and provider choice are limited to what the vendor offers.
Bespoke development
Teams with novel AI products that no existing creator platform accommodates.
Longest and costliest route, with safety and cost control to design yourself.
A platform you own puts the AI decisions in your hands: which provider, what credits cost, where personas appear and how clearly they are labeled. You pay inference to the provider rather than a platform fee to a marketplace. The price of that control is responsibility: AI cost, provider terms and conversation safety become your operating concerns, so plan them before launch.
Longer answers to the questions buyers of this model ask before they commit.
Start by treating AI as a product with a unit cost. Each message costs you something, so a flat price for unlimited chat invites your heaviest users to cost more than they pay. Sell credits, track consumption per user and learn the real cost of a typical conversation before you publish a price.
Next, decide who the persona is for. A persona can be a creator extension, a standalone character or a support tool. Each implies different disclosure, moderation and revenue arrangements. Pick one for launch rather than offering all three badly.
Finally, pilot in one market with feature flags. Switch AI on for a small group, watch conversation quality, complaints and cost, then widen the group. Pulling a feature back is harder than holding it back.
There is no established market rate for AI chat on creator platforms, so use your own numbers. Take the provider price for a typical exchange, add voice processing if you offer it, then add a margin that covers payment fees, refunds and support. That floor tells you the lowest credit price you can sustain.
Sell in bundles rather than per message. Bundles smooth payment fees, make the wallet useful and give fans a clear unit to think in. Consider a small starter bundle so new users can try a persona without a large commitment.
Review monthly. Provider prices and model choices change, and your mix of users will too. Keep the credit price tied to a current cost sheet rather than a number you picked on launch day.
AI credits are unusual because the persona may speak in a creator voice without the creator typing. Decide early whether creators earn a share of credits spent on their persona, and how that share compares with other revenue types. Commission can be set per revenue type, so the platform supports whichever answer you choose.
Be transparent with creators about how their persona is used. Agree what it may say, what it must never say and whether they can review conversations. A creator who is surprised by their own persona will leave, and may take their audience.
Keep terms simple while the product is young. A flat share for AI revenue is easier to explain than a complicated formula, and you can refine it once you have cost and usage data.
Open the admin demo and find the AI settings. You should see a persona gallery, provider and model options, token limits, pricing fields and per-user preferences. Ask how credentials are stored and who can see them.
Test a conversation as a fan, then find that session in the console. Confirm that history is retained, reports can be filed and a moderator can act. Ask how AI can be switched off for a region without redeploying.
Read the exclusions. Provider usage, custom moderation rules for AI, disclosure wording and legal advice are yours. A vendor who says so openly is easier to trust than one who implies the AI is free to run.
The ready-made package is $3,699, one time, and goes live in 6 days under your brand. Custom AI persona monetization or extra integrations can be added, and tailored work usually takes 2 to 8 weeks depending on scope. Scope drivers include the number of surfaces, payment integrations, moderation needs and the scale you plan for.
AI personas, AI chat sessions and an AI studio, with a choice of AI provider and per-user preferences, plus retained session records. Which provider you connect, and its cost, is your decision for the deployment. Ask for a walkthrough call if you want to see the exact behavior before deciding.
Operator-priced. There is no established market rate, and inference is a real per-message cost, so price credits against that cost rather than as a share of earnings. The platform lets you sell access as credits or bundles. Scope drivers include the number of surfaces, payment integrations, moderation needs and the scale you plan for.
Yes. Modules can be enabled, disabled or extended through feature settings, so you can launch without AI or add it later without rebuilding. Ask for a walkthrough call if you want to see the exact behavior before deciding. We can tailor more to your plan after we review your requirements.
Yes. You receive complete source code in Laravel, PHP and MySQL, so your own team can add providers, change AI behavior and extend modules. Nothing in the product depends on a call back to us, which keeps long-term control with your team.
Per creator and per revenue type from the admin panel, with wallet and payout tracking. We take no revenue share of what your platform earns. Changes apply from one place and are reflected in creator earnings and payout records. Reporting in the admin panel shows revenue and withdrawals together for reconciliation.
You do, as the operator. The platform ships age gating, verification, moderation and geo-blocking tools, but laws differ by market and we do not give legal advice. Treat your content policy and your payment processor requirements as launch inputs, because both shape what you can serve.
Yes. The platform is fully white-label, with your name, logo, colors, splash screens and domain throughout. Our branding is not shown to your users. Landing pages, banners and localized presentation can be tuned to your market as well. The same rebranding applies to the admin panel, so staff see your product too.
Sixty days of technical support and one year of free updates, with documentation, credentials handover and app store publishing support. Extended maintenance and custom changes are available afterward. Updates and guidance continue through the first year, and longer maintenance can be arranged.
The platform supports multiple AI provider integrations, and you choose which to use and hold the keys. Specific provider names depend on your deployment. If you want one that is not covered, a custom integration can be scoped and usually takes 2 to 8 weeks.
They supplement creators. Personas handle routine conversation while creators focus on paid moments, content and live sessions. How far you let automation go is a policy choice, and fans should be told clearly when they are talking with a persona.
Admin settings include voice configuration, with providers, models, API access, token limits, temperature, pricing and audio processing. Voice costs more per interaction than text, so price it on its own and test quality in your target languages.
Chat sessions are stored as records, and users can have preferences saved. What the fan sees in the interface and what operators can review is configurable. Define retention in your privacy terms, since conversation logs are personal data.
Token limits, pricing fields and credit bundles let you cap exposure. Selling credits in advance means fans pay before the cost occurs. Monitor provider invoices against credit sales weekly at the start so any mismatch appears early.
Yes. Modules can be enabled, disabled or extended, and feature flags work per platform and region. Many operators launch with subscriptions, unlocks and messaging, then switch AI on after the core creator flows are proven.
Reports, review queues and takedown workflows apply to AI conversations as to other content, with decisions recorded. Rules tuned to AI behavior and automated pre-screening are tailored to you, and human review capacity should be planned in advance.
That depends on the arrangement you set. Commission can be configured per revenue type, so you can share AI credit revenue with creators, keep it, or split it. Decide early and put it in your creator terms.
Language support depends on the provider and model you choose, not on the platform alone. Test your target languages with real conversations before launch, and check that voice and text quality match your standards in each market.
The additions are the AI layer: a persona gallery, persona chat sessions with stored history, a choice of AI providers, voice settings, per-user preferences, credit pricing and scheduled outreach. Everything else is the standard creator stack of subscriptions, locked content, wallet, messages, live and admin. The AI features can be switched off if you decide to launch without them.
The software allows it; whether you should is a policy and legal question. Decide what kinds of persona you will host, disclose them clearly, secure written consent for any real person's likeness and read your AI provider's usage terms, because the provider can restrict you. App stores and payment providers may also have views, so check them before committing.
Like other creator services, it earns a share of what fans spend with creators. On an AI-assisted platform you add one more line: credits that fans buy to talk to personas. Your own revenue comes from the commission you set per revenue type and from those credit sales, minus the provider bill for the conversations.
Yes. You receive an Android app, an iOS app and a web app, all with the AI features inside the same unified experience, plus the admin panel. The apps carry your branding and come with help preparing store submissions. Stores make their own acceptance decisions, and AI features may attract extra review, so plan for questions.
Yes. The wallet is one stored balance that can pay for tips, unlocks and persona usage, which keeps the fan experience simple and keeps your finance records in one place. You price the AI access, set the limits, and see AI spending next to the rest of the transactions in the admin panel.
Usage limits and credits. Token limits and pricing are set by you as operator: limits cap what a single reply can cost, and credit prices decide what the fan pays. Price access so a bundle covers its provider cost, and watch for fans whose usage outruns their spending. We can build stricter per-fan caps for you.
Yes, and niches often suit AI personas better than general audiences do. A language-learning, fiction or coaching community has a clear subject for the persona to stay within, which makes behavior easier to control. Pick a category, write the persona rules for it, and recruit a few human experts to anchor the paid offer.
You need one before the AI features can answer anyone, but not before scoping. We connect the provider you choose, and the usage is billed to your own account. If you are undecided, tell us during scoping and we can design around the choice, since the platform supports selecting among providers from configuration.
Account deletion and deactivation workflows exist for fans, and retention is configurable for your deployment. What happens to text already processed by an AI provider depends on that provider's terms, so check them and describe the arrangement honestly in your privacy policy. A lawyer in your market should confirm the details.
You decide the split. Commission is configurable per revenue type, so credit sales can carry a different platform cut than subscriptions. Put the rule in writing before launch, including what share goes to the creator whose persona was used and what covers the provider cost, so nobody argues about it later.
