This policy explains what personal information GetFame.Online collects, why we collect it and what we do with it. The site is operated by Miracuves Solutions Private Limited, Mumbai, India (“Miracuves”, “we”, “us”). GetFame is a Miracuves brand.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to answer you and to keep the site running.

• Contact form details: your name, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number if you choose to give one, the platform you select and the message you write. The form also records which page of the site it was sent from.
• Messages you send us directly by email, WhatsApp or phone, including the contact details that come with them.
• Standard server logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of each request. These are recorded automatically by the web server, as they are on most websites.

The site does not ask you to create an account and does not take payments, so we do not collect passwords or card details here.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your inquiry, arrange a demo and prepare a written quote.
• To keep a record of our conversation with you while we are discussing or delivering a project.
• To keep the site secure and working, which includes limiting abuse of the contact form and diagnosing errors.

We do not use your details to send newsletters or marketing you did not ask for.

Who can see it

Your inquiry is read by the Miracuves team that handles GetFame inquiries. It may be processed on our behalf by the service providers we rely on to run the site and our business communication, such as our hosting and email providers. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not hand it to other companies for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain a record of our dealings with you. When they are no longer needed for those purposes, or when you ask us to remove them, we delete them unless the law requires us to keep them for longer.

Server logs are kept for a limited period and are then deleted or overwritten in the normal course of operating the server.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to legal@miracuves.com from the email address you used to contact us, so that we can find your records. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local data protection law, and we will respect them.

Links to other services

The site links to services we do not control, including WhatsApp and miracuves.com. When you follow those links, the privacy policy of that service applies to what you do there.

Children

This site is written for businesses and adult founders. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
