Before kickoff
Three steps before the clock starts
The 6 working days begin at kickoff. These three steps come first, and they move as fast as you do.
- 01
Demo walkthrough
We take you through the live product: the user side, the creator side and the admin panel. You see exactly what you would be buying before you decide anything.
- 02
Written fixed quote
You receive a quote in writing that names the platform, everything that ships with it and one fixed price. Any tailored work you asked about is listed with its own fixed price.
- 03
Kickoff
You send the items on the kickoff list below. The day we have all of them is day one.

The kickoff list
Seven things we need from you
The platform runs under your name and your accounts, so these can only come from you. Send them together and the schedule holds.
- Brand name: The name the platform launches under, written exactly as it should appear in the apps and on the web.
- Logo: Your logo files, in vector format if you have them.
- Colors: Your brand colors, so the apps, the web experience and the admin panel all match.
- Domain: The domain the platform will live on, with access to point it at your server.
- Server access or hosting choice: Access to your server, or the name of the hosting provider you have chosen if nothing is set up yet.
- Payment gateway accounts: Your own gateway accounts and their keys. Payments on the platform run through accounts that belong to you.
- App store developer accounts: Your Apple and Google developer accounts. The apps are published under them, in your name.
Day oneAll seven in, and it is day one. If one arrives late, the work that depends on it waits for it.

Handover
What we do
The work on our side that day
What you do
A few minutes of your time, most days
App store review sits outside the 6 working days
App store review begins once your apps are submitted. Apple and Google set those review times, so they sit outside the 6 working days.
After launch
Going live is not the end of it
Handover gives you the keys. These stay in place after it.
60 days of technical support
For 60 days after launch we handle technical issues with the platform we delivered, while you bring creators on board.
1 year of free updates
Updates to the product are free for the first year after you launch.
App publishing support
We help you submit your apps to the App Store and Google Play under your own developer accounts.
The code stays with you
The full source code is yours from handover, so your own team can host, change and extend the platform.
Tailored work
Need something built for your plan?
Tailored features are never squeezed into the 6 days. For each request we confirm what it involves, how long it will take and what it costs, in writing, before any work starts.
You can launch the ready-made platform first and add tailored features afterward, or have both scoped together. Either way, tailored work has its own confirmed scope, timeline and written quote.
Scope confirmed. Quoted in writing.
- TimelineTypically 2-8 weeks
- QuoteIts own, in writing
- SchedulePlanned alongside the 6 working days
- OrderAfter launch, or scoped together
When do the 6 working days start?
They start at kickoff, which is the day we have everything on the kickoff list: brand name, logo, colors, domain, server access or hosting choice, payment gateway accounts and app store developer accounts. If one of those arrives late, the work that depends on it waits for it.
Can I see the platform before I commit?
Yes. The process opens with a demo walkthrough of the live product, covering the user side, the creator side and the admin panel. The written fixed quote comes after the demo, so you know what you are buying and what it costs before kickoff.
Is app store approval part of the 6 days?
No. We help you publish the apps under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, but review times are set by Apple and Google and sit outside the 6 working days. The platform itself is deployed and handed over within the 6 days.
Is the price in the quote final?
The quote is fixed and in writing. It names the platform, lists what ships and states one price. Tailored work is confirmed with its own fixed quote. Running costs such as hosting, payment gateway fees and any third-party services you switch on are your own.
What if my plan needs something specific?
We build it. We confirm the scope and a fixed quote in writing before anything starts, and tailored work typically takes 2-8 weeks, depending on what you ask for.
What do I get after the platform is live?
You get 60 days of technical support, 1 year of free updates to the product and help publishing your apps to the stores. You also hold the full source code, so you can keep working on the platform with your own developers.
