What the Thrillz clone price covers

The $2,199 buys a finished product. It includes the fan app and the talent app for iOS and Android, the fan and talent web panels, the admin panel, full rebranding with your logo, icons and color scheme, and deployment on servers you control. You receive complete source code with no encryption, and publishing to both stores on your developer accounts is part of the work.

That is the software cost, which is narrower than the cost of running a booking business. After launch you pay for video storage, streaming or calling providers, gateway fees, notification services, store accounts and the people who recruit talent and handle disputes. These go to providers and staff, not to us, and we take no cut of your bookings. A marketplace of recorded clips costs little beyond storage, while one built around long live sessions carries a heavier usage bill.

Ready-made, custom or rented: costing a VIP booking platform

A scheduled-access marketplace can be started in three ways. They differ in upfront spend, in what recurs and in how much you control afterward, so the smallest first bill is not always the cheapest road.

What can raise your Thrillz clone quote

The platform price does not move. Quotes rise only when you ask for work beyond the ready-made platform, and these are the areas where booking-marketplace buyers most often do.

  1. Celebrity auctions

Letting fans bid for a rare experience adds listing rules, bidding periods, winner selection and payment capture that we add around the platform. The cost follows how complex your rules are, so describe the format before asking for a figure. Whether bids can be raised at the last minute, and how a losing bidder is released, shape the scope.

  2. Fan engagement challenges

Challenges that reward fans for taking part need their own rules, progress screens and prizes. We set them up around the platform and confirm scope once you know how a challenge should work, who funds the rewards and how winners are recorded. A one-off competition with a single prize is small, while a season-long leaderboard is a larger job.

  3. Agency and fan-club workflows

If agents manage bookings for several clients, or organizers run fan clubs with their own members, the permission and approval model must be extended. The depth you need drives the effort, so describe who does what before asking for a quote. An agent who may edit prices for ten names but not see their payouts is a rule that has to be written explicitly.

  4. Augmented reality features

Augmented reality enhancements are an extra we set up for you. They depend on the devices you target and the experiences you want, so we confirm scope after we see a clear description. Most buyers launch without them and add them once the marketplace has traction. A concrete idea, such as a talent appearing beside the fan on their phone, gives us something firm to scope.

  5. Customizable page templates

If talent should be able to restyle their own pages beyond the standard layout, that needs a template system. How many options you offer drives the effort, so decide whether talent or your team will control appearance before asking for a number. A short list of approved layouts protects your brand and costs less than free-form page design.

  6. Links to your own systems

Connecting the marketplace to a CRM, an accounting tool, a ticketing system or an existing talent database is custom integration. The effort depends on how open the other system is, so the quote follows a look at its interface. If you already sell tickets elsewhere, deciding which system owns the attendee list is the first question to settle.

The six-day Thrillz Clone launch, day by day

Launch takes six working days from kickoff. This is who does what on each day, so the schedule has no surprises on either side.

Six-day launch plan for the Thrillz Clone
DayWhat we doWhat you do
Day 1Kickoff and scope We agree the interaction types you will sell, the roles to enable and any change requests on top of the ready-made product. Provide your brand name, logo, icons and color scheme, plus the markets you plan to open.
Day 2Branding the platform We rebrand the fan panel, talent panel, admin panel and both apps with your identity. Check the branded screens and flag corrections so configuration starts from approved visuals.
Day 3Gateways and services We connect your payment gateways and third-party services and apply the agreed settings. Give us server access, gateway credentials and the API keys for the connected services.
Day 4Booking flow testing Our quality team tests booking, delivery, refund and payout flows across the web panels and apps. Use the demo logins to try the fan and talent paths and report anything unclear.
Day 5Go-live deployment We deploy the tested platform to your servers and verify each panel and app in the live setting. Enter your commission, delivery window and refund policy in the admin panel.
Day 6Handover and store submission We hand over complete source code and start submitting both apps through your developer accounts. Have active Apple and Google developer accounts ready, since approval timing sits with the stores.

Running costs of a VIP booking platform

None of these belong to the platform price and we do not charge them. They are the costs of operating a marketplace of scheduled sessions and recorded messages, listed so your budget covers the whole business and not only the software.

  • Video storage and delivery

Every video request produces a file that must be stored and streamed back, often more than once. Storage and bandwidth grow with the number and length of clips, so size hosting to the library your marketplace will accumulate. Fans keep rewatching what they paid for, so the archive only grows and old bookings still cost to keep available.

  • Live and call infrastructure

Virtual meetings and live sessions need video infrastructure that bills by usage. The flows are part of the build, but a roster that holds many long sessions will cost more than one that mostly records clips, so budget accordingly. A ticketed session with a large audience uses far more than a private call, so check pricing at your expected peak and not just the average.

  • Gateway fees

Every payment carries a processor fee, and refunds can leave part of that fee unrecovered. Ask each gateway how it treats refunds and chargebacks, since a booking business with cancellations will meet both. Because bookings are paid in advance, a missed session turns directly into a refund, so allow for that in your margin.

  • Notifications and reminders

Push notifications and text messages through providers such as Firebase and Twilio are billed by usage. Reminders about booked sessions are valuable, but frequent sends add up, so decide which events deserve one. A reminder shortly before a session is worth paying for because it reduces no-shows, while repeated promotional pushes probably are not.

  • Developer account fees

Publishing to Google Play and the App Store needs developer accounts in your name. The stores charge their own fees and set their own review rules, and neither is included in the platform price. Keeping the accounts in your name also means you keep the listing, ratings and update history if you change who maintains the apps.

  • Talent recruitment and agreements

Fans pay to spend time with specific people, so a marketplace is only as strong as its roster. Winning names takes outreach, agreements and sometimes agents. That effort and any fees involved are costs of your business. A platform with excellent software and no recognizable names will not attract bookings, so recruitment deserves its own budget line.

  • Support, review and no-shows

Someone must approve talent, review content and sort out sessions that are missed or disputed. Even a small platform needs named people for this, and the workload grows with the number of scheduled interactions. Event days are especially demanding, because a live session that fails needs a response while fans are still waiting, not the next morning.

  • Legal and rights advice

Talent agreements, ticketing rules, endorsement rules, privacy notices and terms of service need qualified advice, particularly across several countries. That spending is yours, and it is best done before the first name joins. Rules about selling tickets to live events can differ from those for recorded messages, so ask your adviser about both.

Why the Thrillz clone price is fixed

The product is already built, so our work is to rebrand it, deploy it and hand it over, and that work follows the same six-day pattern each time. No discovery phase is billed and no hourly meter runs. The price changes only if you ask for something beyond the ready-made platform, and we say so, with a written scope, before any extra work starts.

A fixed price also commits us to the things that come with it: complete source code, no share of your bookings, sixty days of technical support, a year of free updates and a first reply within two hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST. Tailored work beyond the ready-made platform is scoped as its own piece, usually two to eight weeks.

Thrillz Clone cost FAQs

Do you take a share of each booking?

No. You pay once for the platform and we take no share of bookings, tips, memberships or tickets. Your own commission on talent earnings is yours to set and keep. Gateway fees go to the payment providers, and hosting and storage to your cloud supplier.

Are the live sessions and memberships extra?

No. VIP membership tiers and ticketed live sessions are part of the standard build and the one-time price. You can switch them on when you are ready. What costs extra is the video infrastructure behind live sessions, which is billed by its provider to your account.

Are the fan and talent apps priced separately?

No. Both apps, each for iOS and Android, are part of the one-time price. Developer accounts for the stores are separate and registered in your name. We help prepare the builds and walk through submission, but the stores decide whether to accept them.

What does one year of free updates cover?

Where applicable, updates are free for a year after handover, with guidance on applying them without overwriting your own changes. The first sixty days of technical support cover problems that arise. After that, longer maintenance can be arranged separately if you want it.

Can I save by launching with fewer features?

The package price is the same whichever features you switch on, so removing features does not lower it. You can save on running costs by launching with a few talent and one gateway, and add more later. If you want a different scope, raise it on the scoping call.

Will costs rise as bookings grow?

The platform price does not change, because it has no per-booking or per-user element. What rises is hosting, video storage, streaming usage, gateway fees, notifications and support effort. Plan those ahead of growth and ask us for sizing guidance as your volume climbs.

Does the price include hosting?

No. The platform is deployed on servers you choose and pay for, so hosting is your own agreement with a cloud provider. We deploy to your servers as part of the six-day launch and can advise on sizing, but we do not host the platform ourselves.
