Thrillz Clone Development Company: Choosing the Right Builder
Choosing who builds a VIP booking platform is mostly about scheduling, payments and live delivery, because those are the places such products fail in public. This page explains how to judge a provider, compares agencies, freelancers and GetFame, lists questions to ask and states what we do not do. GetFame sells products built by our own team.

What matters when hiring a VIP booking platform builder
A booking app looks easy until a session is missed. Money is taken in advance, a person must show up at a set time, the fan must know when and how, and something fair must happen if it fails. A provider who has built scheduled products will have thought about slots, reminders, cancellations, refunds and live delivery, not only a pretty request form. Ask them to walk through what happens when things go wrong.
So judge on a working system. Book as a fan, accept as talent, then open the admin panel and look for commission, refunds, approvals and reports. Then check who owns the code, how the apps are built and how candidly the provider describes limits. A company that tells you what is excluded is easier to trust than one that promises everything for one fee.
Agency, freelancer or GetFame for a Thrillz clone
These are the three realistic routes. The comparison stays qualitative because rates and timelines vary widely, and it is meant to show what each route usually means for a booking product, not to rank providers.
| Aspect | Agency | Freelancer | GetFame |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starting point | Discovery phase, then a bespoke design | Your brief and one person's availability | A finished platform rebranded for you |
| Time to launch | Many months before the first booking | Open-ended and tied to one schedule | Six working days |
| Mobile apps | Separate projects priced on their own | Often one platform at a time | Fan and talent apps for both stores |
| Scheduling logic | Built to the specification you write | Frequently simplified to a request form | Shipped calendar booking and delivery tools |
| Cost shape | Large and driven by change requests | Lower, with more delivery risk | One-time price, extras confirmed with us |
| Source code | Usually yours after final payment | Varies and is sometimes unclear | Complete and unencrypted |
| After launch | Retainer or a fresh contract | Depends on availability | Sixty days of support, a year of updates |
| Team continuity | Depends on who stays assigned | Depends on a single person | A company with a long product history |
Questions to ask any Thrillz clone provider
Send these before you sign. The answers about scheduling, money and ownership reveal far more than a gallery of attractive screens, and they are easy to check on a demo.
How does booking handle time slots?
Ask to book a meeting on the demo and see how the slot is chosen, confirmed and shown to both sides. A good answer includes calendar integration and visible status, so neither party is left guessing when something will happen.
What if a session is missed?
Ask what the fan, the talent and the admin see when a session does not take place, and what the refund path looks like. A thoughtful answer shows the provider has met the problem, not only the happy path. Ask for a walkthrough of a missed meeting from the first warning through the refund, and check that the record is complete.
How is talent identity checked?
Fans pay to spend time with specific people, so identity matters. Ask whether applicants submit documents, who approves them and whether they can accept bookings before approval. Weak answers invite impersonation and refund trouble. A good answer shows a visible approval state on every profile and proves that an unapproved applicant cannot receive a booking.
Can I set commission myself?
Commission should be a setting in the admin panel, per request or transaction, not a change a developer makes. Ask to change it on the demo and see how it applies to the next booking. Also confirm that bookings already made keep their original terms, so a change never alters what talent were promised.
How are live sessions delivered?
Ask which infrastructure carries live and virtual sessions, who pays for it and what happens at higher attendance. Honest answers mention usage-based billing and your own provider account, not a vague promise of unlimited capacity. A provider who says capacity is unlimited has either not tested a large session or is hiding who bears the cost.
Which technology do the apps use?
Ask for the frameworks and whether fan and talent apps are separate. Ours use Java and Kotlin on Android and Flutter on iOS, with PHP, NodeJS, MySQL and MongoDB behind the web side. Check that your developers know them. A stack your own team cannot read ties you to the original builder, so compare it against the skills you can hire.
Do I get the complete source code?
Ask whether any module is encrypted or obfuscated and whether a license server controls it. You want complete, readable code, so any developer can maintain it and you are never tied to the original builder. If a component is delivered sealed, you cannot repair or extend it without the vendor, so get the answer in writing before you pay.
What support follows the launch, in writing?
Get duration, response time and working hours in a document. Ours is sixty days of technical support, a year of free updates and a first reply within two hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST. Vague promises of help are worth little, so check that the written terms name a period, a response expectation and what is covered.

How a GetFame Thrillz clone project runs
The platform already exists, so there is no discovery phase to wait through. Six days is our part of the work, and each step below is about making the product yours rather than deciding what to build.
-
Kickoff and scope
We confirm your scope, markets and any extras against what ships, and you leave with a fixed price and a written list of anything that would change it. Extra work is known before you commit to anything.
-
Branding the platform
You send your name, logo, icons and color scheme. We apply them across the web panels and both mobile apps, then you approve the branded result. Branding is configuration rather than a rewrite, which is why it is quick.
-
Gateways, rules and services
We set your commission, delivery and refund rules, connect payment gateways, messaging and notification services using accounts you provide, and prepare the admin panel for your team. Provider approval can take longer than our work, so start early.
-
Booking flow testing
We run the main journeys end to end, including browsing, a request with payment, a scheduled meeting, talent fulfilment, a refund and a payout. Problems found here are fixed before deployment, and you can test the same paths yourself.
-
Go-live deployment on your servers
The platform is installed on servers you control, with the databases and web panels configured. From this point the product runs on your own infrastructure, and you hold the credentials to it. Nothing about the running marketplace depends on our continued access, so another engineer you hire can maintain it without asking us.
-
Handover and store submission
We deliver the complete source code, documentation and credentials, then help publish the fan and talent apps on your developer accounts. Sixty days of technical support begins, and store acceptance remains the stores' decision. If a store asks for changes after review, we help with the technical side, while the listing text and policy answers remain yours.
Warning signs when choosing a provider
Each of these has cost founders time and money. Use the list against us too, and ask for evidence behind any answer that merely sounds comfortable.
- A demo that shows the fan request form but never the talent queue or the admin panel.
- No clear answer on what happens when a session is missed or a fan disputes a booking.
- Booking that has no calendar and relies on talent and fans agreeing times by chat.
- Commission that is hard-coded and needs a developer to change.
- No verification step for talent before they can accept paid requests.
- Encrypted or obfuscated source code, or a license server controlling your platform.
- App store accounts registered in the provider name instead of yours.
- A client story you cannot verify, or one reused across several unrelated products.
- A quote that cannot say what would change it, or pressure to skip a written scope.
What we do not do for a Thrillz clone buyer
A clear boundary is part of a fair offer. These things stay with you or with third parties, and listing them means nothing is left to assumption.
Supplying talent for your roster
We do not provide celebrities, creators or agreements with them. Recruiting names that fans will pay for is the central task of your business, and it usually costs more time than the software.
Legal advice and ticketing rules
We provide moderation and administration tooling, not legal advice. Talent agreements, ticketing and consumer rules, endorsement rules and privacy duties in your market need advice from a lawyer you choose. The panel can enforce a rule you set, but deciding what the rule should say is work for a qualified adviser.
Getting payments approved
We connect gateways, but processors decide whether to approve your business. Approval depends on your model, region and records, and it is often the slowest part of a project, so apply early.
App store acceptance decisions
We publish the apps on your developer accounts and help with submission. Google Play and the App Store decide whether to accept them, and developer fees are paid by you to the stores.
Running live events
The platform sells and schedules sessions, but hosting them on the day, managing audiences and supporting talent is operational work for your team, with streaming accounts that you hold. A ticketed session with many attendees needs someone watching it as it happens, ready to help a fan who cannot join or a talent whose connection drops.
Third-party usage charges
Hosting, video storage, streaming, messaging, notification services and gateway fees are billed by their providers to your accounts. We can advise on sizing, but we neither collect nor pay them. Having the bills arrive in your name keeps the arrangement transparent and means changing a provider never involves us.

Thrillz Clone development company FAQs
Can you add auctions or agency features later?
Yes. Celebrity auctions, fan engagement challenges, augmented reality enhancements, customizable templates and agency or fan-club workflows are available, and scope is confirmed with us in writing before work starts. Since you own the source code, your own developers can also build them without us.
Who owns the booking and customer data?
You do. The platform is deployed on servers you control and the source code is yours, so bookings, accounts and transaction records stay with you. We keep no license over the product, and we take no share of bookings.
Can my developers take over after handover?
Yes. The web side uses PHP, NodeJS, MySQL and MongoDB, and the apps use Java, Kotlin and Flutter, all widely known. We hand over documentation and a walkthrough, and you decide how much future work stays in house and how much comes back to us.
How quickly will you answer my first message?
Our first response comes within two hours, Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 and 19:00 IST. Tell us your market, the type of talent you plan to list and which gateways you can use, so the first reply can be specific rather than generic.
Will you sign an NDA before we talk?
Confidentiality terms can be agreed before you share details of your plans, which is common when founders discuss commercial models. Ask when you first get in touch so it is in place before the scoping call, and we will confirm the process in writing.
Who is the team behind GetFame?
GetFame sells products built by our own team, which has been building software since 2010 and has delivered more than 9,000 projects for more than 6,000 clients. The delivery, support and source code described on this page come from that same team.
